More Stitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes that is a hospital bracelet on my son's wrist. I received a call from school this morning. They said Robbie tripped while picking up a toy and hit the edge of a chair. He now has 8 external and 2 internal stitches in his chin. While the stitches were somewhat of a surprise, it was more of a surprise that he was actually picking up toys.

He is such a brave kid though. He didn't shed one tear at the hospital, I was close to passing out. We went to Target to get him some Pokemon cards and I also treated him to an Iccee and popcorn. Along with the Cardinal Beenie Baby from the ER, he later told me this was his "best day" ever. Unfortunately I had to give the cardinal a haircut since Robbie didn't like his "hair".

The bummer is that Jeff is in North Carolina again. I had a couple hours notice to get him packed and he was off again. The good news this should be a much shorter visit than before.
