First Touchdown

Who would have thought the child of two band members would have athletic ability? Robbie has been playing flag football this past fall. If you have never seen a bunch of 5-7 year old boys playing flag football, I suggest you put it on your list of things to do. Anyway, Robbie scored his first touchdown today! Jeff gave him a big pep talk in the car and ended it by saying "and make a touchdown for us". He usually never listens to what we say the first three times we say something, so who knew?? We're really proud of him. He's natural abilities seem to come on defense though. He can really run and catch whoever has the ball and since he only has to grab the flag and not tackle someone - he's doing awesome. He thinks he would like to switch back to soccer about the time they have to wear pads and tackle. He watched way too many football injuries at last week's Akron game.
