Cake Decorating

Shelby wanted Cake Decorating Lessons for Christmas and she wanted to take them with me. How could I resist? Grandma Starkey and Aunt Jenny decided to join us, too. Above, is the first cake we made (LSU cake) - we're not Buckeye fans! Below - is one of my first cakes. I made it for Robbie's "half birthday".

Cake decorating was a lot of fun, but a lot of work. I can't say I have ever made that much cake icing in my entire life. Shelby was much more successful at making roses than I was. I make a mean swirl on cupcakes though!
