Brain cells deteriorating

I've had an interesting past week. While multitasking (answering the cell phone, getting a movie started, and backing out of the garage) I backed my car into Jeff's car. The fold down movie screen completely blocks the sight of his car in my mirror and obviously my mind, too. The really hilarious thing is that in Ohio your liability insurance doesn't cover the accident on your own car if you hit another one of your own cars. Yippee we get to pay two deductibles! So, when in Ohio please make sure you hit someone else's car, it's much cheaper!

I followed up that fun, with catching a box of vegetable bouillon cubes and a plastic jar of herbs on fire. I turned on the wrong burner which is the bad thing about flat top stoves. You can otherwise lay things on them, if you don't turn the burner on underneath them! No damage except to my fingernails? Two of them are a new color from the burnt bouillon cubes.

The brain cells must be rapidly deteriorating in my 35 year old brain...

It happens to the best of us. I can feel my brain shedding cells already in anticipation of my 40th coming up this year.

Sorry to hear about the accident.
