Three years and counthing with less than two weeks to go

We are only days away from finally moving into our upstairs addition. We are getting the final painting, plumbing, touch ups and general cleaning done. The last major install- is the carpet and it arrives next week to be installed. I am already having dreams about it - I dreamed Lowes installed carpet with giant abstract orange, green and brown circles on it.

Over the past three years, the upstairs has gotten pretty dirty, so the clean up seems never ending as the addition itself. We are very excited (and very tired) though. So here's to the countdown... and two full bathrooms - everyone having their own bedroom - no more toys in my living room - not sharing a dresser with Robbie - Jeff no longer having to dress in the dining room. Wow, we sound like a fun family??
