Keith and Val (and their son Nate) are our friends from college. Keith and Val lived in the apartment upstairs from Jeff and I in Akron. Those were the good ol' days when neither of us had two nickels to rub together. Today, Keith is an attorney and Val is a teacher. They live in PA and are expecting their second child. They usually come to visit a couple times a year. We continue to let Keith visit even though he is a Steeler's fan. Val is an awesome scrapbooker, she gets me motivated with every visit.
